READINESS TO FLEXIBLE LEARNING
Flexible leaming design to deliver all programs, courses, and leaming interventions that address
leamers' unique needs in terms of place, pace, process and products of learning.
Upon the implementation of Flexible delivery of LSSTI during COVID 19 Pandemic, continuity of
learning of all students is our main goal and keeping students safe while leaming is our ultimate
primary concems.
Major objectives for academic year 2020-2021 is to prevent LSSTI become an epicenter of COVID
19 transmission. Thus, we are adapting FLEXIBLE LEARNING: A. Online class B. Modular
LSSTI TEACHING FORCE AND ITS ROLE IN THE NEW NORMAL
Educators role is to break down baniers that prevents students from accessing and enjoying high-
quality education. in this new normal, LSSTI uphold the right to high quality education by providing
multiple pathways to leaming that can accommodate every student.

LSSTI USED MODULAR/ONLINE CLASS
Of all the altemative leaming modalities offered by this school, most students ratio
preferred to use modular is 60% and 40% of it is online. Hence, face-to-face classes are not yet
allowed, the school implemented blended/distance leaming wherein the combination of the
various distance learning modalities such a s printed modules, online instruction will be used by
students and teachers as we started our class last August 13, 2020.
In order to suit every leamer's need and capacity, this school used different leaming
delivery, modalities for our students. LSSTI puts focus on self-leaming modules as the primary
leaming tool that can cater to all students, which can be blended with other learning
delivery/modalities that the student has access to.
