DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO BE ATTACHED WITH APPLICATION FORM FOR
ENDORSEMENT OF HIGHER QUALIFICATION(S)

2. Copy of valid CNIC of Applicant
3. Copy of degree of higher qualification or provisional certificate

4. Abstract of thesis, if any (first two pages only)

5. Copy of transcript
6. Previous Original Registration Certificate (For Endorsement)
In Case of Loss of Original Certificate, provide
 Affidavit of lost certificate (Duly signed by the Engineer & must contain name of engineer and PEC
registration number)
 Newspaper Clipping
 Copy of FIR (Must contain name of engineer and PEC registration number)
 Receipt /challan of Rs 1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only)
7. Two Photographs (1.5”x1”)
8. Receipt/ challan of Rs. 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) being endorsement fee (Non Refundable).

9 HEC Equivalence certificate of higher foreign qualification, if any.

10 HEC attestation of higher qualification from Pakistani University, if any.

Note:

1. Distance Learning Qualification is not recognized by PEC, therefore, not endorsed.

2. Verification charges of degree, if any, shall be borne by the applicant who will be
informed when verification process is initiated by PEC.
3. Higher Qualifications from some foreign universities/Institutions (UK, USA, and Canada)
are verified through their authorized bodies as such PEC shall inform the applicant
accordingly
4. PEC shall issue Certificate with endorsement after verification from concerned
university/institution.
5. A certificate of registration issued under provisions of the Act, shall remain in force
until the thirty-first day of December of the year in which it is issued.
