Description:
The candidate would be responsible for creating and executing the strategy against one of the
offerings of Viden.io i.e. ‘Intellectuals’. The candidate would work closely with the Intellectual
team and would create a data set on the provided inputs, devising & executing a plan of action
for the association.

Intellectuals:
Intellectuals is an exclusive network, hosting eminent individuals on a single platform where
they share their expertise, viewpoints, and experience with the student community. Intellectuals
give students an opportunity to connect, interact with their role models and be more informed
through them.

Qualification: Pursuing full-time 2 year MBA or equivalent course (PGP/ PGDM/ PGPM/
MIM/ MSM)

Reporting: Business Development Unit Head

Key Interactions: Business Development Head, Intellectual Team

External: Students of their respective institute (inclusive of 1st year and 2nd year students)

Duration of Work: 6 Weeks

Number of hours required in a week: 15-20 hours

Compensation:

● INR 7000 to INR 12000 (Depends on the performance of the candidate*)

for the entire duration
● Special Recognition for best performer across all b-schools.#
● The best strategy(s) would be taken into practice by team Viden in rolling out
the operation to a nation-wide campaign.
● The candidate with the most efficient strategy(s) would receive a special letter of
recommendation from the management of the company.
● In case of exceptional performance by the candidate. Team Viden could
extend the PPI.
