II. FAMILY COMPOSITION
VII. ASSESSMENT
Based on my assessment, the client Marielle needs educational assistance to continue her
study as a college student on this coming school year to her recover from her past situation and
help the mother of the client to sustain her education.
Upon my personal assessment, the client has a good record in terms of academic
performance and has willingness to continue and finish her study and help her mother. Through
educational assistance the client may able to help her mother not to worry about her tuition fee.
The client Marielle needed to be council and guided to his actions and in decision making and
need to provide emotional support from her family, friends and community.
According to Ludwig Binswanger contemporary existentialism, human beings are free and
have choices. People have freedom to do whatever one wants provided he or she accepts the
consequences of his or her actions. We have responsibilities not only to you but also to others.
Through counseling and UNIFAST Formation every month it will help the client to realize that
means of human action is a result of choice and must exercise freedom of choice with a full
sense of responsibility to her actions and to strengthen her coping mechanism.
Resources for the clients problem are available in the community there are civil society
organization such as the POLOMOLOK Foundation Inc. offer scholarship program and provide
assistance in case litigation. The program staff of POLOMOLOK are willing to help and conduct
the counseling sessions every after the UNIFAST formation and assist the client and parents to
attend and to be informed in scheduled hearing (FINANCIAL PROBLEM).
If her problem is not attended there is possibility that the client will become out of school
youth, and also if the problem will not be attended it will affect to the clients relationship
towards other people around her. If the case litigation will not pursue there is possibility that the
case will be dismissed.
If the problem will be attended and the client will pursue the case and have a scholarship
program it is a big help to the client and to his mother not to worry about the tuition fee. Also it
will be a big help to the client to start a new life with less worry about his situation and focus on
studies and achieve her goals.
IX. EVALUATION/RECOMMENDATION
When I first saw the client she was inside at their sari-sari store and her mother introduce her
to us. At first the client is a quite person but after some visitation and assisting her the client
started to be herself when she was with me. The client has the willingness to continue her study
and finish it; she had also good performance in school as of now. Also as per evaluation the
client and her mother has motivation to continue and keep updated about the case. As of now the
client had a scholarship program in Unifast and had an update about the case of the client.
The client is still adjusting to her new environment in school and she is currently renting a
house located at Barangay Poblacion Polomolok south cotabato, with four of her classmates and
three of this is Unifast scholar. We also conducted counseling session together with the client
and the Polomolok Project coordinator to secure the clients relationship with her school and
classmate. After the school visitation of the client, she feels at ease and started to be able to build
trust, and socially constructive lives.
A healthy person is one who has the courage to live and act at his or her best and find
meaning to existence, through the following Unifast formation and counseling session it will be
achieve and with the client’s participation. This coming July 27, 2022 there will be a justice on
wheels for the Hearing of their Case at Municipality of Polomolok.
It is highly recommended that the client will attend the formation of Unifast every month at
OND Hesed staff house, Poblacion, Polomolok. For strengthening of the self, community and to
God and also attend the one on one counseling sessions together with the Polomolok Project
Coordinator. Also must attend the justice on wheels On July 27, 2022 for the Hearing of their
Case at Municipality of Polomolok.
X. TERMINATION/CONTINUATION
Based on the statement above, and my personal assessment in the case of Marielle Kate
Saclausa the service and the objectives are still on going, the case is continue and pursue. The
client needs to continue her study and Unifast formation.
