ADVERSE CLAIM
I, LAARNI T. TABIOS, of legal age, single and a resident of San
Vicente, Virac, Catanduanes after having been sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the buyer of a parcel of land situated at San

Vicente, Virac, Catanduanes designated as Lot No. 2745,
Pls 662-D with an area of ELEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT
HUNDRED SIX (11,806) SQUARE METERS and covered by
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE No. 081-2018000765
in the name of IGMEDIO B. TEVES thru an EXTRA-
JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF REAL PROPERTY AMONG
HEIRS WITH SALE dated November 5, 2016;

2. That the subsequent EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF

REAL PROPERTY AMONG HEIRS WITH SALE in favor of
IGMEDIO B. TEVES dated October 11, 2018 should be
considered void because it involved the same property and
during that time the property was already transferred to me.
Nothing has to be adjudicated considering the previous
transaction;

3. That it is my desire that the above-stated EXTRA-JUDICIAL

SETTLEMENT OF REAL PROPERTY AMONG HEIRS
WITH SALE in favor of IGMEDIO B. TEVES dated October
11, 2018 and any contract subsequent thereto being void
under the law be not registered in the Office of the Register
of Deeds of the Province of Catanduanes or if already
registered be expunged from registration;

4. That I am a resident of San Vicente, Virac, Catanduanes to

which all notices may be served upon me.

WHEREFORE, I hereby request the Office of the Register of Deeds

of the Province of Catanduanes to annotate and register this adverse
claim in the manner provided by law.
