VS. CHRISTIAN LOPEZ Y MOSINDE, ET AL., Criminal Case No.
2009-7624 for Violation of PD 1866.

In this regards, if you can bring with you his certificate of death
immediately to the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO), Piot, Sorsogon City
upon receipt of this letter for the same to be submitted in Court and for you
to be relieved of your obligations as custodian.
