COMPROMISE AGREEMENT
COME NOW, VICTORIA G. JASARENO, of legal age, Filipino,
married and a resident of San Juan Roro, Sorsogon City; and NILO D.
JASARENO of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Macabog,
Sorsogon City, unto this Honorable Office, most respectfully enter into this
Compromise Agreement as follows:

1. That in order to settle the issues and controversies between the

parties, VICTORIA G. JASARENO will leave their house in
Macabog, Sorsogon City and will live in another house;

2. That VICTORIA G. JASARENO will have visitation and custody

rights over the two minor children left in their house in Macabog,
Sorsogon City living with NILO D. JASARENO. That she can visit
the said house anytime she would want to;

3. That VICTORIA G. JASARENO and NILO D. JASARENO

would refrain from communicating with each other in any form. They
are also refrained from giving comments to each other. They will not
intermeddle with each other’s affairs subject to the bounds of laws;

4. The support of the minor children will be taken from the income of
the four (4) tricycles managed by NILO D. JASARENO. That the
same cannot be disposed without each other’s consent;

5. That both parties freely entered into this agreement without force or
coercion whatsoever.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, parties have hereunto set their hands on
