COMPROMISE AGREEMENT
COME NOW, MELVIN D. AYO of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of
Ilawod, Balete, Sorsogon City; and MHAYDI B. PAYO of legal age, Filipino, single and
a resident of Caricaran, Bacon District, Sorsogon City unto this Honorable Office, most
respectfully enter into this Compromise Agreement as follows:

1. That the Parties in this compromise agreement incurred vehicular incident;

2. That to settle the controversy between them, MELVIN D. AYO shall provide
the family of the casualty of the incident thru MHAYDI B. PAYO the
amount of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php. 50,000.00);

3. That said amount shall be the full indemnity of whatever they have for each
other;

4. That they will no longer fill any criminal, civil and/or administrative case
against each other, and they are freed from any liability;

5. That both parties freely entered into this agreement without any force or
coercion whatsoever employed against them.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, parties have hereunto set their hands on 24th day of
August, 2021 at Sorsogon City.
