No, you can’t put the logo of your company in the app.

2.  Is this app a real-time order taking and delivery?

Yes, this app is a real-time order taking and delivery.

3.  How do I sync data on my mobile?

Just click on the sync icon at the top of the mobile app or you can open the menu from
the sidebar where you will see the sync option at last.

4.  Can my salesmen use this app with a minimum number of features?

Yes, from the roles and permission in the settings you can define how much authority or
access you want to give to your salesmen.

5.  Will the demo version provide us all the features?

Yes, we have included all the features in the demo version so that the customer will get a
clear view and clarity of our product.

6.  How to see reports from the admin part?

In the admin part, there is “Reports module'' at the bottom left of the admin panel  from
where you can see different kinds of reports on the basis of your employee performance.

7.  How to manage the information which can only be accessed by admin?

You can define different kinds of roles and permissions for your different employee
group from the ‘Roles and Permission module’ in our settings.

8.  Can we take customer contact details from our phone contact book?

No, You can’t take customer contact details from your phone contact book.

9.  Can we upload the details of our parties and products in bulk?

Yes, go to the import module at the button left of the admin panel and download the
sample file, edit and upload your list. 

10.  Can we add different GST rates?

Yes, you can add different GST rates as the tax rate is charged differently in different
goods.

11.  Does the salesman show time in every visit?


Yes, you can check at what time your salesmen have reached to store from the GPS path.Visit
module can also be used to see how much time your salesmen spent in each outlet.

12.  Does the app have to be running during work hours?

You can set your office time, and allow it to work. Or you can use it as per any timing. At
midnight, 12:00 AM salesperson will be automatically checkout by our system

13.  How much average data(MB) is used per salesmen per day or per month?

Your salesperson needs data at the time of check-in only so that you can track them live
from the “'Live tracking module" in our system. If you don’t want to see them live, but is only
concerned with the end of day data then-No internet is needed. The app works offline.  It goes
like this, your employee can take orders being offline and do everything, once they are available
on the internet, data will then sync to the web.

14.  Can the app drain the battery dead before the workday is over?

No, using GPS consumes battery, that’s for sure. But it will last throughout the day. Also
from setting on the web panel, you can minimize the battery consumption.

15.  Can you do a batch upload of products?

Yes, once you make payment and everything is set, then we will set your system with the
right hierarchy, bulk uploads, etc.

16.  Do you have a user manual?

we can assure you, our system is very easy to use. However, in case of a problem, our
staff will support you directly. Also, We have Youtube videos that can help you in the process. 

 
17. Can a complete product catalog be accessed and viewed from a mobile app? 
Products available can be seen while adding order. You can also upload a PDF brochure in the
Collateral module, and the files would be shared to the sales rep
 
 
18.       How much distance traveled is tracked by this app?
There is no such limit of tracking for distance traveled by an individual sales executive.

19.       Will you assist us if any technical issues arise?


Yes, we will be available to assist you during office hours if any technical issue will
arise.

20.   What about Breaking Bulk like we want to sell the product both in cartoons and
outers i.e. two different units at once?
You will get unit conversion features from where you can manage the breaking bulk.

21.   Having different price categories as per the customer?

Custom Rate Setup will help you to manage different prices for your different party types.

22.    Ability to view distributor wise credit limit information

You can manage the credit limit, credit days which will help you to manage the outstanding amount for
each of your distributors.

23.    Ability to view, update distributor wise sale values by product category, item for a
given period

Yes, Custom Rate setup will help you to do so.

24.    Ability to view distributor wise collection outstanding

You can get an automatic generated report of outstanding amounts for each distributor as well as you can
also view the outstanding amount clicking in the distributor profile.

25. Ability view, update sales returns

Yes, from the returns module you can punch the returns collected from different parties.

26. Are there any restrictions by countries?

No, this app can be used worldwide.

27 Is there any option to print the order bill?

Yes you can directly print the order bill from the web panel by connecting the printer via wire or wireless
medium.

28. Where is your app hosted?


We use a digital ocean server, which is secure and we also  frequently run security checks to find bugs
and issues.
