The graph depicts our number of visitors who access to our

website. Although, the numbers cannot be taken to consideration
for number of sales, it showed our branding is getting better for the
past 4 months.

Due to high traffic online and abundance of orders from customers,

we are planning to have a physical store where customer and
employees can have a physical connection. Our quality is
maintained and up par when the customers themselves can
observe and buy their preferences choices.
In addition to salaries, important bonuses and incentives are
included in the personnel
table, that will be used to reward employee performance. The

7.0 FINANCIAL PLAN

Our company has a team of finance that take care and

responsible for financial including profitability and loss issues.
They are responsible to make sure that our revenue is in healthy
state for the company to keep going. Reports are to be expected
every month to see the performance of the company. This
include profit margin, sales etc. Reflection is to be done to make
sure the company will run smoothly. If loss is suspected,
discussion among employees is done to avoid anything bad from
happening.

Total revenue is growing steadily as we approach to a better

marketing and branding. Expectedly, it will grow from a base of
approximately RM200000 to RM1000000 by a year of
operation. These gains are happily divided for our partners,
donors and employees.

7.1 Break-even analysis

About calculating and examining the margin of safety for an entity based

on the incomes received and associated costs. In other words, the analysis
shows how many sales it takes to pay for the cost of doing business.
Analysing different levels relating to various levels of demand, the break-
even analysis determines what level of sales are necessary to cover the
company's total permanent costs.

Our company estimates how many units of the face masks The Finest
would have to sell to break even with the given price and the cost
structure. If the management believes sales could be easily reach the
break-even number, it is likely to move the project into progressive
development.
Since The Finest operating capacity is 100 face masks per day (100 face
masks for RM100) and the average projected sales of RM70000 per
month are expected to be much greater than the computed break-even
point, we believe that our company is likely to reach profitability.

PROFIT LOSS

The graph depicts the loss and profit obtained by The Finest company for
the past 4 months operation. As we can see, profit increased gradually,
every month with a healthy performance. The loss obtained is in very
small scale. We managed to control the loss from increasing every month
when the graph shows declining loss. Profit is expected to boom and rise
due to the implementation of ‘Darurat’ in Malaysia to curb COVID-19.

7.3 PROJECTED CASH FLOW.

7.4 IMPORTANT ASSUMPTION
RISKS

The Finest finds risks that are vulnerable or common throughout the
process of business. Risks are everywhere. It will eventually come
especially when we are going to another level. In addition, risk-taking is a
skill that is expected for anyone or a company to have in order for a great
success and more golden opportunity.

 Business Continuity
We realize our face mask business will eventually decline in the number
of sales once the vaccine is ready and everyone is vaccinated. Due to this,
as a company that specialized in the advancement of science and
technology, we are ready to explore other products such as hospital
equipment, hygiene equipment etc.

 Location
As we are operating the business online, there are no physical store for
customer to observe and buy physically. Although there are advancement
of IR 4.0, we do not expect everyone to do online shopping and we do
believe physical buying and bargain will still be common in the next 20
years. Therefore, a physical store is expected to be operation for us to
gain more profit and wider opportunity.
