Artificial intelligence (AI), which sometimes works more than humans by taking in huge amounts of big data and information and

letting various computers learn, is being used in various businesses. This project, We will introduce introduce the utilization of

artificial intelligence in the real estate industry. There is a wide range of real estate management operations such as property

and repair management, rent collection and occupancy. AI is being used in such rental management operations.The purpose of

this project is to enhance the customer experience, simplify processes throw a basic real estate investment SaaS and use AI to

solve 4 main real estate challenges:

Rent negotiations between the management company and the property owner

Vacancies Prevention

Improving work efficiency and reducing workload.

Reduce the uncertainty about real estate investment so the participation in real estate investment can increase.

Another challenge for this project is to implement real time notification chatbot to communicate dedicated deals.
