NOTICE
PROJECT SEMINAR
(III Semester – M.E (Civil) –Transportation and Structural Engineering, 2019-20)
All the students of M.E. (Civil) –Transportation and Structural Engineering, III – Semester,
2019-20 who have completed their study on a mini project on the development of software/ hardware/
simulation studies/ design/ analysis/ experimental related to the specialization are hereby instructed to
submit the report in the work done and present for viva voce examination (Project Seminar) in the
department as per the following guidelines and schedule.
Guidelines:
1. Presentation should contain:
Topic of research problem
Statement of research problem
Literature review
Scope of work
Objectives of the study
Materials and methods/models/techniques
Development of study methodology (Software/ Hardware/ Simulation studies)
Conduct theoretical/ experimental study, design, analysis etc.
Expected results/ findings/ conclusion
Latest references etc.
2. Give 20 minutes presentation through PPT followed by 05 minutes discussion.
3. Submit a detailed report on the mini project on or before 22.10.2019 (Tuesday)
4. Sessional marks are awarded jointly by two faculty members who shall be examiners based on
the report, the presentation and the viva voce.
