Senior Consultant- EY Strategy and Transactions 2021-present
• Formulated end-to-end grant raising strategy including technology, business, IP, and finance
aspects, secured over 15M$ governmental and organizational grants for more than 15 startups from
various fields
• Led the establishment of a 100M$ tech-incubator, designed strategy and investments plan for
international tier 1 transportation and energy companies

Senior Team Leader –Israel Naval Academy "Course Hovlim" 2018-2020
• Led a cross-organizational project and defined operational strategy, as a director in the naval
academy board
• Led staff of lieutenant officers to train and qualify 80 senior cadets as potential officers on missile
ships and submarines, resulting in 78 qualified combat officers
• Headed an organizational restructuring project to examine the efficiency of eight key roles, reducing
leadership headcount by 25%
• Led a team maintaining a high-performance technological, Naval Tactical Simulator, initiated and
executed a training program that increased operational efficiency, resulting in a 30% decrease in sea
time

Ship Deputy Commander (XO) 2016-2018
• Commanded 80 crew members in high-risk operations; responsible for the end-to-end activity of a
missile ship - scheduling, logistics, staffing; reported directly to the ship commander

cooperation between the two fleets
• Led missile ship to accumulate the longest sea time and accomplish the largest number of combat
operations in 2017 in the fleet
