Factors Affecting INTERVIEW:
1. Interviewers collect some info about candidates during some few minutes of
the interview.
2. Negative info about the candidate affects the interviewer than the positive
information.
3. Ignorant or uneducated person which don’t know about what is involved in
the job and what kind of candidate is most suitable causes interviewers to
make decisions based on misconceptions about what a good applicant is.
For Example:
Vacancy is for IT candidate and interviewer is the Accounts manager then
the interview will be miss concept.
4. Nonverbal is the most important thing in the interview because the it’s the
2nd impression of the candidate, candidate is recognize by their nonverbal
behavior in the Interview.
For example:
Eye contact were the most important nonverbal behaviors.
5. Physically active is also affect the interview but Married woman is affect on
interview in negative way.
For Example:
Disabled person is affect in interview in negative way
