Good day Sir! I am writing this letter to request permission to be included on the list of
students allowed for deployment in cooperating school for field study.
The purpose of undergoing field study for five weeks is important part of my journey as a
pre-service teacher. It is one of the courses that I must take and prepares me for my teaching
internship next semester. And my learnings will help me as a professional teacher in the future.
I have two subjects that are in progress (IP) because of delayed inputting of grades in
SIAS. These two subject are The Teacher & the Community, School, Culture and Organization
and Calculus 3. We already ask Mrs. Pascua and Mrs. Sy for this concern and their response was
to wait for it because both of them was busy for other school-related works.
With these thoughts, your permission of allowing me to be deployed even having an IP in
two subjects is a big help in achieving my goals. Thank you for your kind consideration!
