    Activity on SWOT analysis :

    1. Plan for 1 MICE event.

    - FOOD CONVENTION that will encompass the food from small businesses or
    vending shops throughout Cebu and their corresponding delicacies.
    - This convention will promote
    - Tourist Attractions
    - Food Attractions
    - Future Business Boom
    - A great opportunity for a large quantity of employment in the
    corresponding city(s)/barangay.
    - Great for domestic and international tourism
    - Great publicity for the Philippines, especially Cebu.
    - Hopefully, the convention will turn into an annual celebration.

    2.Give the name of the event,date and location.

    Name: KAON2 SUGBO

    Date: Starts in 2022, (Schedule date is referred to every fiesta of each city or barangay.)

    Location: First we start in Bogo, Cebu, then to Bogo’s neighboring cities. We hope to
    have KAON2 SUGBO throughout Cebu in the near future, let us hope in the year 2028-30.

    3. Give your SWOT analysis for that event.

    STRENGTH

    - Accessible to the general public


    - Revenue from small business sponsors
    - Popular Interest
    - Great incentive for tourists (Domestic, International, and/or etc.)
    - Venue will be near the popular tourist spots in the corresponding city or will be
    determined through selection for optimum size of visitors.

    WEAKNESSES

    - Seasonal Festivals.
    - Venue selection should be considered for optimal revenue.
    - Might be too promising, more brainstorm.
    - Financial, management, and employment should be looked into.
    - Lack of a detailed itinerary will be an adversity.
    - Scheduling should be prioritized.
    - Must have at least 5 or more sponsors.
    - It would be great to have different types food types of the sponsored business.

    OPPORTUNITIES
    - Promote small businesses.
    - High employment rate.
    - Future revenue.
    - Future clients.
    - Create more creative, smarter, and better ideas to adapt to each convention in the
    scheduled city and for their residence.

    THREATS

    - COVID.
    - Lack of support form sponsors.
    - Failed sponsorship through communication or delay.
    - Lacking diverse sponsorships.
