CONTRACT OF LEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THERE PRESENTS:

This Contract of Lease made and entered into by and

between:

MARGARITO H. CALATRAVA, of legal age, Filipino, and a

resident of Migcanaway, Tangub City, Misamis Occidental, duly
known as the “LESSOR”
And

JAIRUS L. RESULA, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident

of Diatagon, Lianga, Surigao del Sur, hereinafter referred to
as the “LESSEE”

-WITNESSETH, that:

WHEREAS, the LESSOR is the owner of one (1) unit Toyota

Hi Ace Commuter Van, bearing Engine No. 1KD2731053, Chassis
No. JTFT02P4H5010994, Plate No. NBZ 1368, acquired from Mark
P. Arcayna, by virtue of Deed of Sale with Assumption of
Mortgage, per Doc No. 271, Page No. 55, Book No. XIX, Series
of 2018 by Notary Public, Atty. Daniel C. Lao;

WHEREAS, the LESSEE is desirous of leasing from the

LESSOR, the above-described vehicle unit for a period of one
(1) year from the execution of this document, renewable upon
agreement by the parties ;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the

foregoing, LESSOR does hereby let, lease and demise unto
LESSEE the above-described building under terms and
conditions and stipulations as follows:

1. That the LESSEE shall pay the LESSOR a weekly

rental in the amount of Ten Thousand Five Hundred
(P10,500.00) Pesos ;

2. That the LESSEE shall pay the above weekly rental

every Saturday ;

3. That all minor repairs of the above-mentioned

unit, within the period of its rental shall be for
the account of the LESSEE ;

4. That no improvements and repairs shall be done

without the permission of the LESSOR. Any
improvement and repair shall be on the account of
the LESSEE without reimbursement from the LESSOR ;

5. That all improvements therein shall belong to the

LESSOR ;

6. That agreement and contract is for the reference

during the liquidation of the herein LESSOR.
 7. That this agreement should effect upon signing of
this agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the premises hereto have hereunto

set their hands this 1st day of July 2019 at San Francisco,
Agusan del Sur.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
