1.0 HVAC WORK
1.1 Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of double skin Air Handling Unit of
required capacity and static pressure with frame work made out of extruded AL
sections with thermal break profile, base frame of GI/epoxy coated channel. Sandwich
Panels made up of Galvanized Iron sheet (GPSP GI) with Zinc Coated 120 GSM with
45 mm thick PUF of density 40±2 kg/m3 as the insulation core. Panels with pure
polyester powder coating of 70-90 Microns at outer skin. Panels shall have plastic
protective guard film of minimum 25 microns to avoid scratches during
transportation. Common base frame with suitable vibration isolation pads for motor
blower assembly ,suitable inspection doors for filter, coil and blower section AHU will
consist of following section :
a) Mixing section
b) Filter section 10micron & 5micron or equivalent standard filter.
c) Cooling coil section with DX cooling copper coil with AL fins (12 to 13 FPI) with
hydrophilic coating and SS-304 drain Pan/tray with suitable slope.
d) Fan section with DIDW fan with drive motor.
e) Heater section with strip heater interlocking with humidistat and thermostat.
f) HEPA filter section or plenum with min. efficiency 99.97% down to 0.3 micron in
case required.
g) Mechanical and thermal performance as per EN 1886 standard.

1.2 Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of air cooled condensing Units for
AHUs with Reciprocating / Scroll compressor complete with microprocessor based
electrical panel, complete with copper piping, air-cooled condenser & fan, R-134a/R-
410A/R407C or other ‘0’ ODP refrigerant, suitably charged with compressor oil, HP
and LP cut-outs, thermostat with control wiring, brackets for condensing Unit made out
of MS angle/channels duly painted with primer and paint. Including all kind of
accessories required like Angle valve, drier, hand shutoff valve, expansion valve etc
required as per job.
1.2.1 (i)Suitable for Class 100000 AHU (ii) Suitable for Class 10000 AHU and (iii)Suitable 01 No.

1.3 Supply & Laying of Copper refrigerant piping seamless tube ( IS:10773 /ASTM B280
/B88)with proper insulation using min. 25mm thick closed cell polyethylene insulation
between condensing units and AHUs including cutting, brazing, support and fixture
etc. required for installation.
1.3.1 liquid line 60 RMT

1.4 Supply & Laying CPVC 40mm sch.40 insulated pipeline using 12mm closed cell 30 RMT
polyethylene insulation condensate drain water piping from the AHU till the nearest
drain point.

1.6 Opposed blade volume control dampers in GI construction min. thickness 18 swg with 0.60 Sq.m

1.7 Air distribution ducting made out of GI sheets, IS277, 22 SWG with suitable stiffening
/bracing using all kind of fixture support etc. required for installation. All joints sealed 300 Sq.m
with RTV sealant and rubber gaskets. All joints should be flanged types.

External Size 1530 x 900 x 2250mm with 3 phase power supply (suitable for 1 person),
air shower complete with fan speed control horizontal and vertical HEPA filtered air
supply, high velocity nozzles for operator de-contamination with integral lighting and
automatic door closers and interlocking arrangements complete as ready to install unit.
Including all electrical connection required.
1.12 Electrical cabling between the starter panel located in the condensing unit and
distribution panel and air handling unit [ armoured type] including end terminal and
supports through roof/wall/above false ceiling as per suit at site condition.
1.12.1 4C x 4.0 sq. mm or suitable copper [ armoured type] 80 RMT
1.12.2 8G tinned copper earthing. 25 RMT
1.13 Supply and installation of Ceiling mounted HEPA with all fixtures, sealant etc or 01 Job
HEPA Plenum including HEPA filters as per clean room requirement for maintaining
the specified classes. Complete in all respect.
2.0 Clean Room interior –Civil work.
2.1 Supply, providing and fixing Non-Walkable G.I. false ceiling system made out of 100 Sqm.
0.8mm thick G.I. Powder coating ,sandwiched with 40-44mm PUF infill minimum
density 40±2 kg/m³ .Modular Roof Panels with pure polyester powder coating of 70-90
Microns .Sandwich Panels made up of Galvanized Iron sheet (GPSP GI) with Zinc
Coated 120 GSM, Grade-D, Minimum Spangle, LFQ Passed forming smooth surface
finish . Ceiling panels shall have plastic protective guard film of minimum 25
microns to avoid scratches during transportation. Insulation core including
extruded Aluminium ceiling grid, suspension system from galvanized steel. The grid is
suspended from the roof with G.I. suspension rods minimum 4 mm dia. fixed anchor
fastener with roof and galvanized suspension hooks and butterfly clips @1200mm c/c
along the runners. Including all material cost, labour, tools, scaffolding etc. as required
for completion of works and making good the damaged surfaces etc. Finishing as per
Class 1000 Clean Room. All other hardware accessories to support and joint sealing
with Food Grade silicon sealant .Including all
Cut-outs, all required material cost, labour, tools, scaffolding etc. as required for
completion of works and making good the damaged surfaces etc. Finishing as per Class
1000 Clean Room.
2.2 Supply ,providing and fixing Wall panels/partitions made out of 0.8 mm thick G.I. 250 Sq.m
double skin sandwiched panel with 80mm PUF as the insulating core of minimum
density 40±2 kg/m³ closed from all sides edges . Sandwich Panels made up of
Galvanized Iron sheet (GPSP GI) with Zinc Coated 120 GSM, Grade-D, Minimal
Spangle , LFQ Passed forming smooth. Wall Panels shall have plastic protective
guard film of minimum 25 microns to avoid scratches during transportation.
Finishing as per required clean room classes.
2.3 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of In built return air risers in wall 12 Sq.m
panels, SS-304 perforated grill with or without pre filter and the risers shall be
projected above the false ceiling by 150mm for connection to the duct.
2.4 Supply and installation of Double glazed flushed view panel using Toughened Glass of 05 Nos.
5 mm thickness and View panel size: 900 (W) x 1100 (H) mm into the wall panels.

2.5 Supply ,providing and fixing Single leaf door of approx. size 900mm x 2100 mm, leaf 05 Nos.
of door is made out of 0.8 mm thick G.I. powder coated double skin sandwiched with
40-44 mm thick PUF as the insulating core min. density 40±2 kg/m³ and door frame
made out of 1.20mm thick GI profile, complete with all given below door accessories:
a. SS ball bearing Hinges.
b. SS D handle Back to back / SS D Handle one side and one side SS push plate.

2.6. Supply, providing and fixing Extruded G.I. powder coated clip on type coving for 300 RMT
joints of Wall to Wall ,Wall to Ceiling ,Wall to floor and for all other required protion.
2.7 Supply, providing, fixing and laying 2 mm thick antistatic PVC flooring and skirting 100 Sq.m
using robust roll manufactured by reputed manufacturer of approved colour and pattern
with 1.00 mm thick hard wearing surface for the flooring and skirting in line and level
and smooth finish over existing flooring after making good. Completer in all respect
and suitable to maintain the required clean room classes.
2.8 Supply and fixing of a Pass Box size: 610mm x 610mm in wall as shown in tentative 01 No.
layout drawing.
2.9 Supply and installation of one no. wash basin with standard ½”tap inside the Class 01 Lot
1000 Clean Room, including suitable drain line to the nearest drain point as per site
suited condition.
2.10 Supply and installation of three nos. SS-304 gas ports (size: 6 - 12 mm) connector 01 Lot.
including SS ball valve (Class 150) for supply of Dry Nitrogen inside the Clean room
Class 1000 (2 ports) and Class room 100000 (1 port) Clean room as per user
requirement.
3.0 Electrical Works.
3.1 Point Wiring In concealed /surface PVC conduit system :
3.1.1 Supply, Installation of light point with2.5 sq.mm Cu, FRLS wires by laying 20/25 mm
dia. Medium class PVC Conduits in concealed in wall and surface type in ceiling. 1 no
42 watt/ 18Watt Cleanroom LED light set will be controlled from a 6 Amp. 1-way
mod. switch. Following bill of materials are required with their quantities while
executing the above work.

3.1.2 Supply, Installation of Modular flush type S.S switch boards each containing 2 Nos.
6/16 Amp. 3 Pin Combine, 2 module sockets controlled by individual 16 amps. 1-way
switches. The work includes supply, lying of conduits, wires as required and cutting of
walls for concealed wiring in wall and surface wiring in the ceiling. Following bill of
materials are required with their quantities while executing the above work.

3.2 Sub Main wiring
3.2.1 4 nos. of 6 sq.mm & 2 nos. of 2.5sq.mm ,1.1 kV FRLS grade confirming IS:694/1990, 30 M
PVC insulated copper wire in 25 mm dia. PVC conduit (Medium) with necessary bend,
junction boxes etc. including end termination at both the ends with additional loop wire
of 1 m length at either ends.
3.2.2 2 nos. of 4 sq.mm & 1 no. of 2.5sq.mm ,1.1 kV FRLS grade confirming IS:694/1990, 10 M
PVC insulated copper wire in 25 mm dia. PVC conduit (MMS variety ) with necessary
pull-out boxes ,junction boxes etc. including end termination at both the ends with
additional loop wire of 1 m length at either ends.
3.2.3 4 nos. of 4 sq.mm & 2 nos. of 2.5sq.mm ,1.1 kV FRLS grade confirming IS:694/1990, 12 M
PVC insulated copper wire in 25 mm dia. PVC conduit (Medium) with necessary bend,
junction boxes etc. including end termination at both the ends with additional loop wire
of 1 m length at either ends .
3.2.4 4 nos. of 16 sq.mm & 2 nos. of 2.5sq.mm ,1.1 kV FR grade ,PVC insulated copper wire 12 M
in 25 mm dia. PVC conduit (Medium) /Flexible pipe with necessary bend ,junction
boxes etc. including end termination at both the ends with additional loop wire of 1 m
length at either ends .
3.3 Light fixtures & Fittings: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of LED
fixtures & fittings etc. complete with accessories etc. in false ceiling /modular ceiling
panel without cutting.
Note:
a. Sample fixture /fittings shall be got approved from Dept. with complete technical
data.
b. All fixtures are CRCA powder coated clean room fittings.
3.3.1 42W LED recessed mounted bottom opening clean room light fixture body & frame 16 Nos.
CRCA powder coated diffuser milky acrylic with suitable driver 6000K size : 600 X
600 mm bottom frame will be CRCA powder coated
3.3.2 18W LED recessed mounted bottom opening clean room light fixture body & frame 03 Nos.

3.4 AHU PANEL WITH FIELD WIRING :
3.4.1 Supply & Electrical panel duly M.S. powder coated with fabrication & wiring 01 No.
complete having interlocking & auto /manual option, MCB’s, Contactors, overload
relays for compressors, motors and with sensors like thermostat, humidistat etc as
required ; including Single Phase Preventer (SPP),With 01 no MCB as incomer.
Contactor/ Overload RELAY/ MCB’s. Including Installation with end termination on
panel side.
Required for AHU of Class 100000.
3.4.2 Supply & Electrical panel duly M.S. powder coated with fabrication & wiring 01 No.
complete having interlocking & auto /manual option, MCB’s, Contactors, overload
relays for compressors, motors and with sensors like thermostat, humidistat etc as
required ; including Single Phase Preventer (SPP),With 01 no MCB as incomer.

panel side. Required for AHU of Class 10000.

surface without PVC pipe & shaddle etc as required as per site.
3.4.5 Supply with lying Armoured copper cable,1.1kv grade, 4 CORE 1.5 Sq.mm as required 22 M
from Electrical control panel to its related field equipment (ON ACTUAL) including
end termination for the cables.
3.4.6 Supply with lying Armoured copper cable,1.1kv grade, 4 CORE 2.5 Sq.mm as required 65 M
from Electrical control panel to its related field equipment (ON ACTUAL) including
end termination for the cables.
3.4.7 Supply with lying Armoured copper cable,1.1kv grade, 4 CORE 4.0 Sq.mm as required 45 M
from Electrical control panel to its related field equipment (ON ACTUAL) including
end termination for the cables.
3.4.8 Supply with lying Armoured copper cable, 1.1kv grade, 2 CORE 1.5 Sq.mm as 72 M
required from Electrical control panel to its related sensor (thermostat) for the AHU.
including end termination for the cables.
3.5 Distribution Boards :
Fabrication ,inspection at work supply, installation ,testing & commissioning of
following distribution boards ,double door, IP 42 degree protection complete with
necessary, MCB isolators ,MCBs , earth leakage circuit breaker ( ELCB )/RCCB etc.
including interconnections with appropriate capacity size of PVC insulated FRLS
grade copper conductor wires ,suitable for wall surface mounting out of 16 SWG thick
M.S CRCA sheet with concealed hinged door cam type locking arrangement etc.
including tinned copper earthing clamps for incoming and outgoing circuits,
interconnections & wire way box if required ,continuous copper earth wire in the wire
way box with single /duplicate brass earthing terminals , enamelled danger board,
name plate & door , phase barriers, flexible earthing for the door, metal treatment &
powder coated painting , phase distribution drawing etc. all as per drawing.
Note: a. MCBs shall be minimum 10kA breaking capacity ( type –c )

3.6 Main Distribution Board (Three phase distribution)
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of wall mounting front operated front
access cubicle type, total enclosed, dust and vermin proof with IP-54 protection with
hinged and lockable doors. Switchboard fabricated from 2 mm thick CRCA sheets
including interconnections, tinned copper crimping lugs , bonding to earth and painting
suitable for use at 415 V , 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz system and suitable for a fault level of
35KA symmetrically at 415 V complete as per specification as required and as below:
Note:
a. All switch boards shall have provision for entry of cables from top/bottom as
required.
b. All live accessible shall be shrouded and all equipment shall finger touch proof the
bus bars insulation shall be with heat shrinkable sleeves. SMC/DMC shrouds and
bus bar supports shall be used. Main source of recommended cable supply with
lying to be provided in the incomer of new MDB panel with end termination by
the party.
3.6.1 MDB ( Double door ) 01 Nos.

b. 63A TP MCCB (35KA) with suitable separated tinned copper neutral link -1 no.

3.7 Earthing System:Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of earthing system
and associated accessories etc. complete all as per layout drawings & standard drawing
CSG/EM/STD/12 specifications & as per the instructions of E.I.C.
Note:
a. Measurement of resistance of each earth station & resistance of complete
scheme of earthing layout must be measured.
b. Jointing of the earth strip shall be brass bolt & nuts only also with solder joints.
c. Jointing of the earth wire shall solder joints only.

types of soil in ground refilling and removal of excess earth within radius of 500m etc.
Note: The chamber cover & frame shall be hinged type & it shall be got approved by
department.
3.7.2 Tinned copper earth wire/earth strip fixed on wall/side of trench/slab/column /beam/
shaft connection to panel/DBs /SFUs etc. with 5mm thick GI Spacers & 2mm thick
G.I. Saddle in ground at 750mm below including excavation in ground with protective
baked bricks, excavation in ground with protective backed bricks, excavation in
ground, refilling & removal of excess earth within a radius of 500 M Temporary.
3.7.2.1 instatement and back filling of trench, consolidation, interconnection of earth strip/wire 30 M
with brass bolt and nuts & washers & solder jointing, painting with two coats of black
bituminous paint for earth wire /strip in ground and green enamel paint for earth
wire/strip on surface etc. 25 x3 mm tinned copper strip.
4. Telephone and LAN System
4.1 LAN Connection: 01 Job
