Terms & Conditions of “Tripti Food Factory”

1) Payment Condition – 10% payment of the entire catering budget to be made as a token advance, 75% payment to be
made 15 days before the function as advance, Remaining payment to be made after the function at the venue

2) Please be informed that once the advance payment is made it cannot be refunded due to cancelation of the catering for
any reason, however the same amount will be adjusted for same nature of catering in future

3) “Tripti Food Factory” will charge for the guaranteed number of plates or on the actual consumption of the plates
whichever is higher

4) Once the token advance amount is made we like to visit the venue of Catering for planning the setup for catering

5) “Tripti Food Factory” do not provide with decorating, floral & electrical equipments

6) “Tripti Food Factory” is not responsible for packing the leftover food at the end of the Catering

7) The client will have to provide with water and electricity at the venue of catering for smooth running of the operation

8) “Tripti Food Factory” are not responsible for cleaning of the kitchen, dining space or any other Place of the venue of
catering before or after catering, other that the garbage that we always collect in garbage bags and put it aside

9) Client has every right to inspect the food quality and reject any food item if they do not find it satisfactory and
according to the agreement, However the inspection has to be done at least 2 hours prior to the serving time at the venue
of catering
