1. Click correct answers based on pictures and sentences.
2. Categorize the food accordingly.
3. Choose their favourite food for lunch.
SUCCESS CRITERIA 1. Click at least 7 out of 10 correct answers based on pictures and sentences in the Quiz

Whizzer game.
2. Cut and paste at least 9 out of 13 pictures of fruits and vegetables accordingly.
3. Choose and draw 1 vegetable, 1 fruit and 1 drink to complete their lunch box chart
individually.

TEACHING AIDS: A video entitled ‘Tommy’s in the Kitchen’ , PPT slide about food vocabulary,
worksheet 1 and 2, Google Meet application
ACTIVITIES : 1. Introduction:
Step 1:Teacher plays a video entitled ‘Tommy’s in the Kitchen’.
Step 2: Pupils watch the video and teacher lets the pupils to guess the topic of the
lesson.
2. For Presentation:
Step 1:Teacher shows a slide presentation about food and prompts pupils to read the
food vocabulary correctly via Google Meet.
Step 2: Pupils visualize the pictures and read and utter the food vocabulary correctly.
3.For Practice: 
Step 1: Teacher conducts an online game named ‘Quiz Whizzer’ with pupils.
Step 2: Teacher explains about steps to participate in online game to pupils.
Step 3: Pupils listen to the instructions attentively and follow the steps to participate
in the game. Pupils visualize and read the sentences to click ‘Yes/No’ option.
Step 4: Teacher guides pupils if necessary.
4.For Assessment: 
Step 1: Teacher instructs pupils to visualize and categorize the pictures accordingly in
worksheet 1.
Step 2: Pupils cut and paste pictures of fruits and vegetables accordingly.

Step 3: Teacher instructs pupils to choose 1 fruit, 1 food and 1 vegetable for their
lunch and draw their options in the lunch chart given. (worksheet 2)
Step 4: Pupils choose and draw their favourite food in the lunch chart individually.
Step 5:Teacher instructs pupils to submit their work in Telegram group for marking
and attendance purpose.
5. For Closure:
Step 1: Teacher recaps the lesson by prompting pupils to recall the vocabulary learnt.
