INTRODUCTION
This module is designed to enhance the student’s knowledge and skills in the field of
culture and arts practices by undergoing pre-arranged apprenticeship program with specialists in
the chosen field.
A. LEARNING OBJECTIVES
At the end of the lesson, the students are expected to:
LO 1. Artists and Artisans
3.1 Recognize and critically discuss the function of state sponsorship in the
field of arts and culture through the National Artists Award and the Gawad sa
Manlilikha ng Bayan (GAMABA).
