Debbie Ocean, a con artist has just spent the last five years in prison, and rather than
reforming, she’s been planning. Immediately after getting out of the prison, she’s up to
her old tricks and enlisting her old friend, Lou to put together a heist to steal the
Toussaint, a diamond worth $150 million. They plan to put the diamond on the neck of a
movie star (Daphne Kluger) hence employing a team of specialists, including a hacker
(Nine Ball), jewelry maker (Amita), fashion designer (Rose Weil), a pickpocket
(Constance) and an old partner-in-crime, Tammy to pull of the elaborate heist during the
Met Gala.

The plan to steal the diamond necklace are an example of single use plan. They all
planned the heist thoroughly according to the project to achieve one specific goal that is:
to steal various diamond jewelries in the museum together with the Toussaint.
- Standing Plan :
The scene at the museum during the Met Gala where the Toussaint has been noticed to
be missing from Daphne Kluger’s neck shows perfect example on how the organization
deal with the issue according to policies, procedures and rules. All the guards have been
asked to search the place thoroughly and the guests also are forced to vacate the main
hall to ensure they do not get in the way during the investigation.
