Technical Summary:
o Fault handling and escalation (Identifying and responding to faults in networks, coordinating
with third party suppliers and vendors, handling escalation through to resolution).
o Resolving QOS related issues like ASR, CSR, ACD, NER, FAS, CLI related issues, One way
speech, Mute call, High PDD etc..,,
o Resolving National and International roaming complaints on IN roamer and OUT roamer
scenarios (MT & MO).
o Identifying fraudulent traffic/spam traffic and blocking traffic for entire customer (Trunk
Group) or specific Numbers.
o Implementing Routing changes for Retail and Hubbing Traffic based on load sharing, carrier
quota etc.,
o Resolving Toll-free related issues (NTFS, ITFS incoming, ITFS outgoing and Hubbing).
o Resolving International and national calls related Problems (NLD, ILD)
o Providing resolution for DATA Services like Audio Conferencing and Fax.
o Coordinating with ILD carriers, Vendor, commercial & Marketing Teams for identifying
variable alternate solutions to resolve customer complaints in SLA.
o Handling Bharti’s VOIP Products-Portal customers.
o Handling faults on Bharti’s VOIP Calling App-“Airtel Talk“
o Routing the traffic using LCR (Least cost Routing) application tool.
o Handling the Customer and Carrier issue through mail & skype
VOICE::
o Effectively monitoring the system alarm and analyse it to solve instantly for efficient
performance of nodes.
o Managing Core Networks on SONUS, GENBAND Switches, and DIGITALK switch to ensure
stability of overall network.
o Provisioning Signalling IP’s in SBC and mapping the Endpoints with related calling plans with
its associated routes.
o Testing the route manually using tools like ARPTEL and I – TEST tool to confirm the route
quality.
o For manual Testing Eye beam / PSTN used to observe the quality of the route.
o Based on rate and quality wise like CLI, NCLI and CC vendors will be added in routing.
o Routing with LCR concept & managing the Suppliers based on business requirement.
o Checking Call Maturity Issues based on the SIP & ISDN Cause Codes.
o Analysing and optimizing the QOS issues on live route.
o Analysing SIP (Wire shark) traces for probing and rendering resolution.
o Periodic health check in all nodes to manage the disk space, DB utilization, and hardware
alarm.
o Actively handling faults with live calls without any business-critical outages and impacts.
Tracking of Tickets with customers and vendors.
o Coordinating with ILD Carriers for Issues and troubleshooting them.
o Allocating ports based on the business instructions and informing back to customers.
o Reporting and actively monitoring the call services and maintains the reliability even in busy
schedules.
o Testing and analysing of voice traffic and routes of ILD carries network.
o Giving remote support for technical prioritize issues in switch and its supporting
components.
