I ntroduction
As we move towards the Industry 4.0 revolution, the rapid change in loads and introduction of critical application etc. makes the traditional
Reactive Power Solution system less effective. Introduction of PLC, Robotics, IT Infrastructure, UPS, CNC, AC & DC Drive for precision
equipment's in industry generates high level of harmonics in the system. In addition to above, these harmonics are playing major role in
deration of DG Set and failure of system. The continuous & critical operations increase the failure rates of electronics & sensitive
equipment's which makes expensive down time and also loss of production. High harmonics also generates, the high neutral current in
system which leads to generate the high neutral voltage which is also a concern of system failures these days.

Havells Hybrid Current
Conditioners (HCC)
CLASSIFICATION | PUBLIC Havells is always working towards the best and the reliable, cost effective solutions for various applications. In this
category Havells has designed Hybrid Current Conditioner for Harmonic mitigation. HCC is combination of most advanced Active Harmonic Filter
and Detuned LC circuit which are controlled by centralized most advanced Microprocessor based intelligent controller. The Detuned LC circuit
improve the Power factor and avoid the chances of resonance and AHF controls does the Harmonic mitigation on micro level.

This makes Havells HCC as most cost effective solution with advance technology to cater the requirement of Power Factor and Harmonic related
issues.

Thanks to Quad- Pro Technology of Havells HCC, which allows HCC solution to be programmed centrally to correct Harmonic distortions and to
decide the Priority for Harmonics mitigation, Power Factor correction, Current unbalance and neutral correction as well.

Most Innovative modular design, stepless operation makes Havells - HCC most rugged, efficient & virtually maintenance free solution.
