Alissa Jane Urman

I’m 17 and from Boyne City Michigan. It’s nice living in an area where there’s

a lot to do. I like: Boating, Stroll the Streets on Fridays during summer, Going

fishing, and doing photoshoots by the water with a sunset in the background. I’m

currently a senior in Boyne City High School. I’ve never gone to a different school

and I’m glad I didn’t. My Mom and Dad both also went to Boyne City in high school

so they knew it was a good decision.

I’m only involved in one sport at the moment. I’ve been doing cheer for three

years now and have been the captain for two of them. We cheer every Friday for

the Varsity Football Team. We have to memorize cheers and practice stunts to

perform in front of about three hundred people at every game. We travel to every

game on a school van whether it’s thirty mins away or two hours. I don’t plan on

cheering during college but if I get the opportunity I might take advantage of it to

gain more experience and continue doing what I love.
