    Dear Drs. Green and Perkins,

    The purpose of this letter is to express my intent and desire for a promotion in rank from Assistant Professor
    to Clinical Associate Professor for the academic year 2021-2022. This is the beginning of my seventh year
    with the college and I believe that I have demonstrated interest and engagement in the objectives and
    criteria defining the rank of Clinical Associate Professor.

    I look forward to the opportunity to reflect on my progress thus far and validate my growth in teaching,
    service, practice and professional development, and scholarship. I appreciate your continual support in my
    professional development as I serve the college.
