Step 1: Click “Create an account” for Step 2: Fill details using a current/active
registration email as your Username.
Step 3: Click the received activation link Step 4: A screen with a click here message
in the email from register@lums.edu.pk confirming that your email address has
sent to your email account. been verified appears. Clicking on click
here takes you back to the screen in Step 1
to login screen.
Step 1: From Main Menu select Convocation Registration and click on New Registration.
Step 3: Enter your Campus ID full e.g. “2000-10-0001” and your Date of Birth and click on
✓Verify.

Step 4: The system will verify you and capture your information from Zambeel. You then need
to upload your vaccination certificate and fill out your Bank Account Details and Guest(s)
details.
In the section Guest(s) Details, you will need to tick the checkboxes to provide details of your
guests. You may bring up to 2 guests and provide their Names, CNIC/Passport number, and
Vaccination Certificate.
The “✓Submit button is to be clicked after required fields are filled, to submit the form. After
submitting the form, you will be taken back to “Manage Events” where information on the
registration request resides. Information includes Request type, Register Datetime, Request
Status, Payment Status, Paid Date and Action. You can download the voucher from there and
proceed with payment. After payment is received the Payment Status will be changed from
“unpaid” to “paid and you will then be able to download the invite card and use it at the time
of entry.
