HOW CAN I NURTURE MYSELF BY CREATING SACRED SPACE IN MY HOME THIS
WEEK?
WHAT CHOICES COULD I MAKE TODAY TO CREATE AN EXQUISITE, MAGNIFICENT,
SPARKLING-WITH-LIFE WEEK?
WHAT HAVE I ALLOWED MYSELF TO RECEIVE LATELY? WHAT DO I WISH I HAD
ALLOWED MYSELF TO RECEIVE?
WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT DO I NEED IN MY LIFE RIGHT NOW?
HOW CAN I NURTURE MYSELF WITH PLAYFUL SILLINESS THIS WEEK?
How comfortable am I with desire these days? With appetites, longing, penchants, hungers?
With wanting what I might not ever have?
Having desire is juicy, energy giving, creative. Demanding our desires be met is a deadening, dangerous,
and a dead end.
What belief is most responsible for me not allowing myself to experience full, juicy desire?
Write it out. Name it. Even expand it to be huge and petty.

Why do I believe this? How does it serve me or not serve me?

What would happen to my desire and my relationship to desire if I gave up this belief?
