Baked Chickum Thighs with Rosemary/Paprika/Garlic

2 Tablespoons Olive oil


1 Tablespoon Paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons Rosemary Leaves
1 teaspoon Sea Salt Grinder
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper, Coarse Ground
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
6 bone-in Chickum thighs, skin removed

Preheat oven to 425°F.


Mix all ingredieants in large bowl. (except Chickums)
Add Chickums, toss to coat well.
Arrange Chickums on foil-lined, oiled baking pan.
Bake 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Turn Chickums over once, mid-way during baking
Optional: use raised grid instead of turning
