as The New Local Code of the Government and ORDINANCE NUMBER 9 SERIES
OF 2019“AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE BARANGAY COUNCIL FOR THE
PROTECTION OF CHILDREN IN BARANGAY GUBATAN, MACO, COMPOSTELA
VALLEY PROVINCE AND PROVIDING FUNDS FOR THIS PURPOSE”, you are
hereby appointed as CHILD REPRESENTATIVE to the Barangay Council on the
Protection for Children (BCPC) of Barangay Gubatan, Maco, Davao de Oro.

As such, you shall perform the duties and functions of the Council and assume
the powers and responsibilities thereto upon taking your Oath of Office.
