7 Best Upcoming Android Games in 2022

 Author : Deals By DCB |  Published On : 05 Jan 2022

Finding the best free Android games for 2022 isn't always straightforward, which is why I've spent the better part of a decade gathering hundreds of lists around the web, all in the hopes of assisting
mobile gamers in their search. As the Android gaming environment evolves, we've compiled a list that will be updated every few weeks with new additions.

So, if you're tired of searching the Play Store for decent games and ending up empty-handed, this is a nice place to start. This is our list of the Best Android Games for 2022, which includes anything
from platformers to RPGs to racing games, and includes both free and paid games.

1- Dauntless:
For PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch, Dauntless is a free-to-play co-op action RPG. According to developer Phoenix Labs, the smartphone version of the game is presently in the
early concept phase, though no precise release date has been determined.
In reality, in 2019, mobile development was briefly placed on hold. According to a recent interview with Lead Product Manager Hans Reifenrath, the business is dedicated to bringing Dauntless to
mobile devices at some point in the future.

You play as a slayer in Dauntless, and your mission is to eliminate monsters known as behemoths. You have the opportunity of hunting alone or with up to three other slayers. You gain crafting
resources for each creature you kill, which you may use to create weapons to fight increasingly scarier enemies.

Dauntless is similar to the console and PC versions.

2- Total War Battles: Warhammer:

Mobile RTS games have a bad reputation, yet this new Android game is based on one of the genre's most popular franchises: Total War. Expect to see dwarves, high elves, Skaven, and other
Warhammer characters in this game, as well as the previous PC releases.
It's worth mentioning that, despite the universe's similarities, it's not being created by Creative Assembly. Instead, NetEase, a seasoned mobile developer, is leading the charge. This could improve
the game's mobile optimization, but it might also mean that problematic components like stamina and premium coins are included.

We don't know much about this one yet, but according to the official website, a restricted beta will be available shortly. In the next months, more information will be provided.

3- Plants VS. Zombies 3:

Plants vs. Zombies: Plants vs. Zombies: Plants vs. Zombies: Plants vs. Zombies: Plants vs. Z Game's called Plants vs. Zombies 3, and unlike previous instalments, it can be played in portrait format,
making it more mobile-friendly.

If you've never heard of it, Plants vs. Zombies is an action-adventure game in which you lead an army of plants against hordes of zombies, each with its own set of attacking and defensive powers.
PvZ 3 will ditch the classic 2D visuals in favour of full 3D models, but the overall style will remain the same.

The game is a free-to-play title featuring microtransactions that were soft-launched for a short time near the end of 2020. The creator, however, eventually removed it from the Play Store to
integrate player input. The business revealed a fresh direction for the game and a closed beta programme in September of 2021.

4- Valorant:
Valorant, Riot's popular first-person shooter, made a major sensation when it arrived on PC in 2020, and the firm revealed that the game is now heading to mobile during the first-anniversary event.

For the time being, we're skipping the specifics. We already know that the game will be tweaked to make it more mobile-friendly (like Riot did with Wild Rift) and that there will be no cross-play
with PC. The creators have announced that it would be released sometime in the second year, therefore it will most likely be around early 2022.

5- Star Wars: Hunters:

Fans of the Star Wars franchise may rejoice, for this new Android game will be released in 2022. It will contain an all-new cast of characters, ranging from bounty hunters to stormtroopers and rebel
heroes, and will be set after the collapse of the Galactic Empire.

In terms of gameplay, it's a real-time, team-based arena combat game set in some of the Star Wars universe's most iconic places. The game will also be accessible on iOS and Nintendo Switch,
however no word on whether crossplay will be available. In early 2022, stay tuned for additional information!

6- Clash Quest:
Supercell's Clash universe (Clash Royale, Clash of Clans) is one of the most successful mobile gaming franchises ever, and the business is now adding three more titles to the mix: Clash Quest, Clash
Mini, and Clash Heroes. Each is being created by a distinct team inside the firm, but if there's one thing we know about Supercell, it's that their games are always extremely polished.

The games are divided into many genres. Clash Quest is a single-player strategy game that incorporates match-three features. Clash Mini, as the name suggests, is a Clash universe board game that
looks to be akin to auto-battlers like Auto Chess and Teamfight Tactics. Clash Heroes, the last game, is a co-op action RPG.

Because all of these games are currently in the early stages of development, no official release dates have been set. Nonetheless, given Supercell's stellar track record.

7- Battlefield Mobile:
The Battlefield franchise is a AAA staple, but it's finally making its way to Android for the first time. With marketing efforts centred on Battlefield 2042, information is still scarce, but you may not
have to wait long to jump into the action on your phone.
For the most part, fans of the series will recognise the gameplay. You enter a large-scale map crammed with weaponry, gadgets, tanks, and other vehicles, and fight the opponent team for kills and
goals. There are four classes to choose from: Assault, Support, Medic, and Recon, each with its own set of benefits and drawbacks.

Despite being labelled as "early alpha," they began beta testing for a select group of users in November 2021. You may pre-register for a chance to participate in the beta here, with a full release
scheduled for 2022.

Conclusion:
Well, there are a lot of best new android games are coming shortly, and there are still a lot more to come. Keep in mind that, depending on the current pandemic scenario, launch and release dates
may vary. Nonetheless, it is always better to be late than never in such a case. We'll keep this site up to date when additional games are revealed.
