General Requirements for all applicants
 Complete Visa Application.
 Passport with six months validity.
 Two Photographs (WHITE BACKGROUND , 2x2 size)
 Bank Statement last 03 months with Bank Maintenance Certificate
 All working applicants have to provide employment letter
 Valid chamber of commerce or NTN certificate of the employing company (if the applicants sole-
proprietor/ partner or employed in corporate sector).
Remarks
 Travel Itinerary (Optional) & Hotel Reservation
 Original Polio Vaccination Certificate(IPV) from Government hospital with Sign & Stamp
(Vaccination Name should be written)
 Dengue test Result/Report for all travelers to Egypt from Pakistan is Compulsory.
Note: (All passengers must provide IPV and dengue report upon arrival at Egypt)
The PCR test must have been taken within 72 hours prior to arrival at Egypt. The negative PCR report id
compulsory to travel.
 An Invitation letter from Egyptian Company ( in case if apply for business visa)
 If invited by friends or relatives then invitation from them (along with their ID cards and passport copy (if
Egyptian) or valid visa/ residence card if non Egyptian.
 Travel agents must provide tour plan for their tourist group and agency must take the responsibility for
tourists to report back to TCS Visatronix after coming back to Pakistan from their trip.

Attention VisaApplicants…..…
• Applications and required Documents should be submitted at least 06 WEEKS before the intended
departure date.
• Affidavit from parents/guardians to be provided; if the applicant is student or not employed;
where there is to be mentioned that “they would be responsible forbearing the financial
expenses of theapplicant”

CurrencyRegulation
* It is allowed to all passengers (whether Egyptians or Foreigners) arriving or departing from Egyptian Air or
Sea ports or other entry/exit check points to carry in cash no more than 10,000 US$ or equivalent amount in
any other foreign currency. Furthermore, passengers may carry no more than 5,000 EgyptianPounds.
* Any amounts of Foreign or Egyptian Currency exceeding the above-mentioned amount, should be declared
at the Egyptian Customs Authorities, otherwise these extra amounts will be confiscated and the bearer will
be subject to legal procedure under the law of prohibition of moneylaundering.
NOTE: “The estimated time for the visa processing is at least 06 weeks. However,
ifyour case is approved earlier, TCS-Visatronix will inform applicant immediately.
