 Monitor maturity of Interest/principal payments and satisfy the same.

ACHIEVEMENTS:
 Inducted BNP Paribas to replace high cost loan of Rs 200 Crs , with savings of
200 bps.
 Ensured Interest subvention from GOI , for loan of Rs.250 Crs at 12% p.a.
 Reduced average cost of Borrowings to 9.7 % p.a. from 10.1 % p.a.
 Reduced transaction cost on FOREX by 50%.
 Effective monitoring and utilization of funds to balance profitability and
security.
 Built concrete rapport with bankers thereby ensuring operational convenience.

Roles & Responsibilities - Prior

Massive Power projects worth INR 25,000 Cr. both in thermal and wind constituting
my first two organizational work experience required huge limits of working capital.
Larger exposure to FOREX involved Buyers credit to enhance liquidity, interest
arbitrage and cash flow mitigation. Strategic hedging to eradicate FOREX fluctuation
risks was also part of my key responsibility.
