Dear Guests,

Welcome to our home and thank you for choosing our Airbnb!
Please have a look at our house guidelines that help keep our Airbnb
clean and safe for everyone. We hope you enjoy your stay and let us
know if you ever have any questions.

GENERAL
 No smoking inside or on the property.
 No open flames or candles.
 No pets or animals.
 No unregistered guests.
 No illegal substances on the premises.
 No events or parties are permitted.
 Please turn off the lights and AC when out.
 Please take out the trash before you leave
 Please respect a courtesy quiet hour from 9 pm to 8 am.
 Please respect check-in, after 2:00 PM, and check-out, 12:00 PM, time.

LIVING ROOM
o For host family members ONLY.

LAUNDRY
o Only guests staying for more than 10 days can use the dryer
and washer.
KITCHEN
o If you want to cook for yourself, you are welcome to.
o Please wash your dishes.

BACKYARD & PATIO


o Accessible for everyone.

CLEANING
o You are responsible for cleaning your bedroom and
bathroom.
o Trash container is placed in the garage.

PARKING
o During the day, only 1 vehicle per bedroom on the
driveway.
o Guests must find themselves parking place for the
additional car.
o Parking on the street on Thursday mornings is not allowed
because the garbage disposal is set for that day.

Dear Guests,

During the Covid-19 pandemic, we are implementing these extra guidelines for
our safety as well as yours. Thank you for your patience, as we must all work
together to protect one another.

 If you or a fellow guest is sick prior to arrival, we expect you to cancel your

stay and we will issue a full refund.

 Wear a mask or face covering when interacting in person.

 Maintain 6 feet/2 meters of distance.

 You are actively infected or have tested positive with COVID-19 in the past

30 days.

 You suspect you are sick or have been exposed and are awaiting test results

to confirm or deny a diagnosis of COVID-19.

 You are showing symptoms or are concerned about possible infection of

COVID-19.

 You’ve had close, sustained contact with an individual confirmed or

suspected to be infected with COVID-19, within the last 14 days.
