¾ Developed, updated and monitored CPM schedules Level-1, Level-2 & Level-3
using Primavera for EPC projects in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical plants.
Schedules prepared for Green field projects and Revamp projects involving
Multi-disciplinary activities. Critical path analysis carried out for monitoring the
project and delay claims.

¾ Prepared and updated S-Curves, Histograms, Engineering & Procurement

hours/Cost and monitored progress.

schedules to arrive at recovery plans needed to bring the progress on track.

¾ Supervision of Planning engineers, Schedulers & various Projects control staff.
