Preparation of Apple Pear Lemonade

 Ingredients 1 batch

Nestle Lemonade Fruit Drink Mix 360 g (1 pkt)

Filtered 8L
Water

Concentrate SJORA Apple Pear 300ml (using Nestle 8oz measuring cup)

Wash Hands!
As in all areas of food preparation, wash your hands with liquid antibacterial soap before
and after preparing any food product.

Wash hands for a minimum of 20 seconds with water and antibacterial soap.
Use hand sanitizer after hands are properly dried.

Ensure all required utensil and equipment are clean and ready for use.
Check to ensure ingredients needed to prepare the product are available and within shelf life /
holding time.

Measure 1 liter of filtered tap water into an inset.

Gradually pour 1 packet (360g) of Nestle Lemonade Fruit Drink Mix into the inset and
mix well.

Measure 300mL of SJORA Apple Pear Concentrate using the Nestle 8oz measuring cup
and pour into the inset. Mix thoroughly with a wire whip until it mixed well.

Transfer the drinks into the drink dispenser and add another 7L of filtered tap water
into the drink dispenser.

Cover with lid. Record holding time for 24 hours (store back into chiller at closing) with
temperature of 1ºC – 4ºC.

 Turn power switch to "ON" position.
Ensure drink are chill before serve.

Maintain workplace clean as you go.

Wash utensils and smallwares used, using 3-step cleaning method.

Dispense drink
Fill 16-oz cup with ¾ full of ice cubes.
Dispense diluted cold Apple Pear Lemonade until 1 cm from the rim.

Cap the drink with 16-oz lid only for Take-away order.
