Instructions
1. Download the Form – BERDE Registration.
2. Completely accomplish the form.
3. Save or export the accomplished form as Portable Document File (.pdf).
4. Prepare the supporting documents.
a. Organizational chart for the project,
b. Report on the regulatory compliance review for the project,
c. Site development plan,
d. Perspective image of the project, and
e. Project owner’s logo – Optional,
5. Submit the accomplished form and all supporting documents through email at
berde@philgbc.org.
By using and submitting this form and requirements for the registration, you are agreeing and
authorizing the PHILGBC to collect, store, and use your information included in this form and the
requirements for the BERDE Program, particularly for the registration of the project for BERDE
Certification.
Projects are only allowed to register under the latest version of BERDE for certification. To
ensure that your project is assessed under your preferred version, register your project while your
target version is still active.

Project Size
The total gross floor area (TGFA) of the project must include all areas that will be included in the
scope of the assessment and certification of the project. This should include the main and auxiliary
building areas, including open spaces, utilities, services, parking and enclosed driveways.
Only areas declared in the registration will be part of the scope of the assessment of the project.

The MR must be employed and part of the senior management of the project owner. Access to
the project files and all official communications will be provided only to the MR and the GBP.
This is to authorize the MR for coordinating and rendering approvals and decisions for the
project owner as expeditiously as necessary to ensure the orderly and efficient progress of
the certification of the project.

Minimum Requirements
The project must show compliance with the following requirements before registering for BERDE Certification.
1. Comply with all applicable building and environmental laws, regulations and mandatory standards.

3. Commit to sharing resource data.
All information on the project submitted for BERDE Certification will be held in confidence by the certification body only for the purposes of the
certification. Projects applying for BERDE Certification must submit energy consumption data, water consumption data, and waste and materials
data.

Continuously using, storing and retaining your project information until you formally withdraw your consent, at which time you accept that the
PHILGBC can no longer withdraw or stop the use of past materials where your data were used.
