Dear Mr.

Wilson,

I am writing today to complain about the rice cooker (Multi Digital Rice Cooker,
4l, Premium White) I bought from your company on 19 December 2021, at around
2 pm.

Last week, my family replaced a new rice cooker at your company. After two days,
it suddenly lost its power and we tried to fix it but it seemed to be badly damaged a
long time ago.

I would like you to replace it with one of the same quality as the sample and
arrange for return of the faulty rice cooker at no cost.

I have attached a photocopy of my receipt as proof of purchase.
