The Marketing Intern will be responsible for supporting marketing efforts across our core
marketing channels of social media, digital advertising and community partnerships. They
will also work closely with product development to provide customer insights and ensure
customer centricity remains at the core of our products and services. As the intern
successfully supports these tasks, they will be given the opportunity to take responsibility
for them independently. Core work buckets include: social media management, media and
content design, consumer analysis, partnership development, market research and analysis.
Social media management: Support cross-platform social media posting,
engagement, analysis and strategy. They will actively seek out and write relevant
content to share and integrate it into the existing social media plan. They will
support the maintenance and planning of social media on Hootesuite, and use
Hootesuite and social analytics (Facebook, Google, etc) to analyze results and
make recommendations as to social media strategy.
Media and content design: Leverage Adobe Suite and other digital tools to create
physical and digital marketing collateral to appeal to multiple audiences (e.g.
partners, institutional customers, investors, and of course caregivers themselves).
Consumer analysis: Collaborate with other interns to conduct an ongoing
consumer analysis study comprised of both primary and secondary research over

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Kinesiology co-op student shall assist the Rehab Clinic Staff in all aspects of
clinic functions. He/She will assist the kinesiologists, physiotherapists and the clerical
staff.
He/she must support the policies/procedures and treatment philosophies of the
Woodstock Rehabilitation Clinic and the W.S.I.B. Regional Evaluation Centre.
He/she must also participate in the clinic’s continuous quality improvement activities,
and ensure service excellence components are applied in all daily
functions/interactions.

Job Responsibilities: Objective:
The Weatherization Project Administrator administers, tracks, and reports the progress on
all projects and other administration support as assigned. The Weatherization Project
Administrator must prepare all the documents as requested; and must ensure all the
documents are saved properly for the team to access. This role reports to the Manager,
Weatherization who is responsible for the overall performance of weatherization process
for programs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Administer, track, maintain and report the progress on all projects.
Create and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems for all project files.
Participate with the recruitment process by screening applicants.
Assist with retrofit modeling by cross referencing information on scheduled
projects.
Create reports required for weatherization and auditors.
Provide support with screening potential social housing complexes that qualify for
the Home Assistance Program.
Communicate progress, timelines, milestones and other key project metrics to team
members.
Ensuring weatherization crew and internal auditor time records are complete and
accurate for processing of payroll.
