TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

I am writing to you to formally inform you of what happened so far in my subscription at your postpaid
services. As I have other network subscriptions which provisions was far more suited to my profession, I
decided to cut the subscription I am paying for my wife with an existing load balance of more or less
P2,000.00+ and of which after sometime, I also cancelled my subscription sometime on October 2020.
After a few months of my cut subscription, your network started sending load again of which on May 11,
2021, the load just disappeared and ended up zero.
