 The primary strength of the school is that they have a complete package
of the best teachers as well as the facilities that helps to enrich knowledge
that is why the school is one of the best in the city. There is such major
weaknesses since they give solidified action and solution immediately only
if there is any.
2. How does the school maintain the safety and security of students?
 In terms of safety, the school regularly conduct inspection and risk
mapping within and around the school premises. For security on the other
hand they have a security force that check and maintains the safety of
school’s properly, employees, and students.
3. What are the best practices of the school in keeping the learning environment
conducive for teaching and learning?
 The school is undeniably clean and green because they regularly beautify
their sectors especially their respective classrooms, they also practice
proper segregation. In that way they keep their environment safe, fresh
and clean for conducive teaching and learning.
4. How do teachers promote social development and cultural diversity to learners?
 The school is open for all learners who want to learn despite who they are
and where they came from. The school highly despise bullying most
especially to cultural diversity of every learners. In the concept of
promotion, teachers always incorporate collaborative activities that helps
to build a strong connection to one another and for them to realize that the
beauty of diversity.
5. In what ways does the school promote a positive school-community relationship?
 The school provide activities that allows to build a strong connection to all
students. One of the most awaited activity is the intramurals where
students are allowed to showcase their talents. Furthermore, they are also
allowed to join in some clubs they prefer and become part of the
organization. These activity indeed promote positive school community
relationship because it makes the students fully accepted in the society as
they start to fully engage themselves.

1. Does the school have enough classrooms to accommodate students?


 Yes, the school is wide enough to provide classrooms that would
cater all students.
2. Are classrooms conducive for teaching and learning?
 Yes, all classroom is well ventilated and safe for all learners.
3. Are tables, chairs, and furniture within the classroom properly arranged?
 Yes, all classrooms are properly managed and beautify by all
teachers. From all sides and even from roof to floor everything is so
sleek and clean.
4. Are there enough chairs for students?
 Yes, there is an enough comfortable chairs for every learners.
5. Does the school observe cleanliness?
 Yes, each class has a designated area in the school that they must
managed and beautify. They also practice proper segregation of
their waste. More than that, each classroom is so sleek and clean.
6. Are school facilities safe for students learning?
 Yes, all facilities is more than safe for all learners, from classrooms,
comfort room, laboratory, stairs and even to gymnasium and more.
7. Do students have access to library resources?
 Yes the library is open for all students’ so that they can enrich their
knowledge. It also wide enough and stored with bunch of various
books.
8. Are students and teachers provided with the equal opportunity to use laboratory
facilities?
 Yes, there is a fair and square policy to the laboratory facilities as
long as they are complying with the rules and terms.
9. Does the school have policies on the use and maintenance of school’s physical
facilities and equipment?
 Yes, there is a strong implementation of their policies especially
when they use some facilities or equipment’s. One of those policy is
that they have to pay any damages (if there is any).

 In the first day of school, I made clear that I don’t tolerate bullying
and they must respect individual differences. I made them realize
that there is beauty in diversity.

 I conduct diagnostic test to asses my students strength and
weaknesses.
3. In what ways do teachers motivate students to arouse their interest about the lesson?

 I use rewards and praise my students in every successes they


achieve as well as to others. I believe that in that way I can
motivate my students to do more and be more.

 Since I establish my rules, I make sure that everyone must abide
on it. My first rule is to respect everyone no matter who they are
and where they came from. My first rule speaks everything and I
believed it is the most essential factor to create a positive learning
environment.

 I always believe that there is beauty in diversity, so as a teacher I
make sure that everyone is fair in all circumstances. I also
incorporate collaborative activities so that everyone can get along
and will able to build a strong connection to one another.

 The school has a clinic that monthly monitor the well-being of every
learners. They also provide medications for any minor or major
illnesses. The School nurse is always available to attend the needs
of every learners.
2. How safe and conducive is the learning environment to the students?
 In terms of keeping the school safe, there are school guards who
always monitor all persons who come and go inside the campus.
They always check the belongings of every individual as well as
their identification card to avoid bad circumstances. Keeping the
learning environment conducive on the other hand is also well
managed, because all of the classroom is safe and well ventilated.
All classroom is also wide enough and complete with basic and
comfortable material like chairs and tables. Each classroom is also
provided with television that they can use in enriching and
inculcating knowledge.
3. How does the school encourage students to enroll in school?
 The good reputation as well as the schools mission, vision and
goals make the school popular to all students. Furthermore, the
high quality educators and good facilities make the school more
likable by many, that is why there are bunch of eager learners
wants to be part in the said institution every year.
4. How does the school child participation to ensure the child’s rights?
 The school is open for all learners no matter who they are and
where they came from as long as they want to learn. All teachers
are overqualified especially in imposing learnings and working with
ethics. The institution highly emphasize that there is no favoritism
and everything should be equal. Therefore, the child’s right to learn
despites to their individual uniqueness is not an issue at all.

I realized that there are tons of factor to mold a perfect child that will enable to
face the reality. From teachers effectively, facilities, as well as the environment. All of
the said factor must be present and work well to achieve the main goal of both teachers
and students and that is to achieve the highest standard of successes in life.

I believe that it is essential to seek guidance especially to those who are expert in
the field because they are far too advance and full with essential knowledge to become
an effective teacher. It is also essential to listen and accept critiques so that I can
