▪ Perform water Bioburden/Objectionable microorganism, chemical testing i.e. Heave metal test, nitrates,
free chlorine, hardness, conductivity, and pH and water management by SAP.
▪ Perform endotoxin test of Water for injection and pure steam.
▪ Microbiological monitoring of Environment in production area and microbiology lab which includes active
and passive Air sampling, contact plate/swab Testing.
▪ Media preparation and operation of autoclave cycles as per the requirement.
▪ Growth promotion/indicative and inhibitory test of different type media by Bioball and culture
suspension uses in Microbiology lab.
▪ Preparation of microbial culture suspension and maintence of culture.
▪ Preparation of Disinfectant and Supervise the cleaning of Microbiology perform by housekeeping person.
▪ Maintaining Record and Documents of All Operating Procedure in manual and electronic logbook
▪ Lab maintence work by Eng. department person and creation of SAP notification.

CALIBRATION AND VALIDATION ACTIVITY:

▪ Operation of Autoclave and Validation.

▪ Aseptic process simulation.(Media fill validation)
▪ Microbial Limit Test Method validation.
▪ PH & conductivity meter calibration and Operation.
▪ Operation of Weight Balance and calibration.
▪ Operation and Qualification/Requalification of Laminar Air Flow.
▪ Operation of Colony counter.
▪ Operation of UV spectrophotometer for Absorbance of microbial culture suspension for AET.
▪ Incubator and Refrigerator periodic alarm verification.

▪ Provide training to Contractual worker and Housekeeping person working in the lab.
▪ Preparation of Trend for Water, Environment monitoring, and incident.
▪ Maintain Lab Consumable materials Stock and Raise PRS to purchase the materials.

▪ QAMS activity of Microbiology lab i.e. Preparation of SOP and periodic revision of SOP and Revise the
SOP against CAPA, Deviation, OOS etc.
▪ Plan the Analyst qualification for newly join analyst.

Sun Pharma is the fourth largest specialty generic pharmaceutical company in the world & approved with
USFDA, MHRA (UK), TGA and other and other regulatory approval. Sun pharma have facilities both sterile
and non sterile Formulation.

3. Claris Lifesciences Ahmedabad as a QA Microbiologist.

(Duration: 1.3 Yrs. Since September 2013 to December 2014).
Claris Lifesciences is sterile formulation plant approved with USFDA, MHRA and other Regulatory agencies.

4. Symbitec Pharma lab Limited Indore as a QC Microbiologist.

(Duration: 1.3 Yrs. June 2012 to September 2013).
Symbitec Pharma lab Limited have facilities to manufacture both sterile and non sterile API product and
approved with USFDA, MHRA, and EU-GMP and other Regulatory agencies.
