CERTIFICATE OF TEMPORARY ACCEPTANCE IN THE SUBMISSION

OF THE FACILITIES

Issued today on __10 / 12_ / 2021, for receipt by the Municipality of Tirana, of works performed
under Framework Contract NO: 3995/3. REF.NO: DOC-ADMC-QFFD-LP-OR-01, in the
building: Reconstruction of educational facility: Secondary School: "Lasgush Poradeci"
, Kombinat"
from subcontractor "ADMC International" sh.pk with identification number NIPT
L81405032D represented by Mr. Gezim MRIA and the commission set up for the handover of
the facility.

Based on the works actually performed according to the measurements, based on the Final
Situation of the Contract submitted by the Contractor "ADMC International" sh.pk and
approved by the Contracting Authority,

FINDED:
1. Total Construction Works were foreseen in the implementation project for the sub-object:
Reconstruction of the Secondary School “Lasgush Poradeci” are completed due to
timeline.
2. There is no avoidance of work items.
3. The works have been carried out in accordance with the revised project estimate, both in
terms of quantity and quality.
4. The prices of the situated works correspond to those previously contracted and approved.

5. Factual data from the evidence and documents of the facility, for the quality of materials
used in the facility show that there is no deviation from those previously required.

6. During the warranty period of the works, the contractor is obliged to maintain the facility
(for the works received in delivery and situated) without any compensation. For the defects
that may occur, the Contracting Authority notifies the Contractor in writing and the subject
is obliged to repair the defect within the set deadline.

7. In case the Contractor delays the repair of the defects, the warranty period will be extended
for as many days as the defect will be corrected. If the defect is not repaired within the
deadline, the Contracting Authority is obliged to repair the defect with another firm. Repair
costs will be borne by the defect warranty.

8. For defects that occur due to misuse and for those that are the result of "force majeure" in
the object, the Contractor does not bear any responsibility.

9. In all cases of ascertainment of defects by both parties, a report is drafted which determines
the type of defect, origin, cause, fault of which party is, sanctions under this act and
technical instructions and future tasks.

 The final value of the contract works is 4,167,211.23 USD without VAT. (Four million one
hundred and sixty seven thousand two hundred and eleven point twenty-three)
American dollars excluded VAT / (*The value of the Implementation Project is not
included)

10. The amount of 416,111.27 (Four hundred and sixteen thousand one hundred and
eleven) American Dollars excluded VAT which is 10% of the value with which the
contract is concluded that has been kept to the contractor from the respective situations and
will be unlocked in his favor after the end of the period. warranty of defects, 12-months
after the completion of works, in accordance with the data of the works contract.
