 Columns width are fixed and material should be prepared
accordingly. Width of all advertisement will be measured as
per our standard column width. Example : 2 column
advertisement will be treated as 7.9 cm. as per our standard
width, even if it measures less than 7.9 cm. Column width will
be considered to one decimal place for billing purpose.
 All advertisement in Aamader Malda having height of 50
cm. or more will be treated as full height advertisements.
 Minimum sizes for single and double column are given:

 Receipt of Release Order
Release Orders should reach us latest by or before 7 working
days of Publication.
 Deadline for Cancellation
Cancellation letter of advertisement will be honoured if the
same is received at least before 7 Days of Publication. 50%
cancellation charge will be deducted unless the cancellation is
intimated to us after that.
 Advertisement Material
Art Material should reach to our office before 5 working days
by 5 pm.
 Bills will be automatically raised by the accounts section on
the basis of release order, in case the cancellation and/ or the
material is not received within the scheduled time.

 All advertisement accepted for publication are subject to
alteration, modification and correction at the discretion of the
management. The management also reserves the right to refuse
publication of any advertisement (though accepted and paid for)
without assigning any reason. Every effort will be made to publish
advertisement on the desired dates, but no guarantee can be given
for inserting any advertisement on a particular date.
Advertisements not published on the desired dates will be inserted
in the next available issue.
 Reproduction related complaints should be brought to notice
within 5 days of publication. No complaints will be entertained
thereafter. No refund can be claimed for advertisement containing
alleged material defect. This will be made good, if the defects are
found genuine, by free insertion of the advertisement with the
mistake corrected. However the decision of the management will
be final and binding on the advertiser.
 These rates are for black & white advertisement. All
advertisement are accepted in good faith. The management is not
responsible as to the bonafides of the advertisers or of the
advertisement published.
 No particular position or page is guaranteed unless premium is
paid for the same. All possible care will be taken to ensure proper
reproduction. However, house will not be responsible for improper
printing due to supply of defective art material. Material will be
printed as supplied by agency / client / advertiser without any
correction.
