It also puts forth the results of surveys conducted as part of that review, some of which were highly unfavorable to my client, who was at that time the Chief of Police at the UWPD. Mr. Vinson, who later left the UWPD voluntarily, asserts to this day that he had been given no opportunity to properly respond to those allegations. He is finding it extremely difficult to secure new employment with responsibilities and compensation commensurate with those that characterized his role at UWPD.
