Subject : Permission for Court Hearing Observance

G r e e t i n g s:

The undersigned are Third (3rd) year law students of Southern Bicol Colleges,
currently taking up Elective/Practicum under Pros. Joseph D.M. Angustia. Students
enrolled in the said subject are required to attend and observe the legal procedures/court
hearings for four (4) hours good for two (2) sessions, and thereafter submit a report
thereon as part of the course requirement.

At the outset, the Southern Bicol Colleges – College of Law would like to express
our deepest gratitude for being one of our partners in honoring future lawyers that will
soon join the legal practice here in Masbate. With these, we are hoping for your favorable
