1. Differentiate quality and traditional culture

Quality Culture vs. Traditional Culture

There are several differences between a high culture and a traditional


culture. By Understanding and planning for these variations is essential when
developing strategies and establishing a quality culture. The theory, execution, and
measurement of traditional and total quality management differ. Supervisors in
conventional quality management direct personnel based on the organization's
short-term goals and objectives. With complete quality management, all employees
of a company from the most junior employee to the most senior CEO. Quality culture
is more focus to identify and rectify the roots of problem. It makes continual
improvement of process, people, product and services that affect performances.
Whereas, Traditional culture is more focus on investment, making short-term profit,
short-term objectives and try to accomplish within a short period of time.
Focuses on their need rather than the customer and only do what the top
management instructed to them In these types of organizations, procedures are
normally standardized and strictly enforced. While this type of culture may sound
unwelcoming or unreasonable, it does have its place. For industries or companies
that have well-established, tried-and-true methods for conducting business, a
traditional culture may actually be the most effective.

2. Explain one (1) factor that affects cultural change

One of the factors affecting cultural changes in Technology can change every
aspect of our lives. The benefits provided by new digital approaches are having a
huge impact on our societies. However, one of the greatest business challenges is
not about the devices, software, or solutions; it is about how we manage the process
of cultural change. Particularly Any technological evolution in the country will also
change their culture. For example, changes in production technology, changes in the
means of communication, changes in the means of transportation, etc.
That's why technology and culture directly influence each other. As cultures
change, so does the technology it innovates. Much of this is for the greater good.
Many of the technologies we use daily consume far more resources and electricity
than they should, and utilizing and producing them can cause disasters. Pollution,
The production and use of technology can result in air, water, heat, and noise
pollution. in addition to The ease of connecting through technology and
communicating online does have an impact on culture locally and globally as more
and more people choose to communicate online instead of in person. Technology
should be developed to design digital ways to connect us not only to each other but
to promote our values, respect each other, and encourage innovation.
