● Solved difficult customers complain
● Memorized the menu and demonstrated knowledge by answering
menu-related questions
● Set up and cleans the restaurant
● Know how to make all food and drinks in the menu

The coffee shop- barista:
● make and decorate many kinds of drinks
● Opened and closed store, operated cash register
