Subject:: Embassy of The Kingdom of Netherlands Visa/Consulate Section Jabriya, Kuwait
Dear Sir/Madam:
I am writing this letter as remonstration for rejection of my visa application I received from the
Dutch Embassy dated 6th Aug 2017. My visa application was refused for the reasons of:
Firstly, let aiming to the first point the lack of sufficient financial resources which is completely
unfair to determine something like that however I had submitted 2 banks statement among the
application holds sufficient funds which is more than 6K euros as it covering my whole trip and
more(Copy Attached); additionally my submitted employer letter which prove that my annual
income is at least 22k euros which made a single man completely financial self-independent as
well as I am higher education graduate from faculty of veterinary and working in Kuwait as a
medical representative so the two bank accounts one for my monthly salary crediting and the
other for my cash commissions which I collected during my work basis.
Secondly, Lets move to the point my intention to leave the territory before the visa expires why
an employed one with high monthly salary intent to be illegal immigrant however am staying
and working in Kuwait since 2014 and completely satisfied in that rich country state of Kuwait;
Additionally non of my family has record of overstaying visas, illegal immigration or that sort. I
have no dreams of becoming an illegal immigrant as I am a doctor and enjoying a high standard
of living. I can even report at your embassy when I come back to Kuwait to show you that. In the
past 7 years I have been to turkey and twice to dubai proofing that being illegal immigrant was
never ever my intention in my life.(Documents of Travel History Attached).
Thank you very much for considering my appeal and I hope to hear a positive response.
if you have any questions or enquiries, please, do not hesitate to contact me.
