Nowadays in Hungary many Bachelors Study
educational institutions are offering Informations
courses in both English & German.
Mostly Bangladeshi students are
applying for the English Programs.

Step #1
Firstly, it's really important to find a course that suits for
you.Secondly, after choosing your course, then you have to find
a university which fits within your bill.

Tips:
If you are thinking about doing part time jobs while studying,
then I would highly recommend to choose a university in
Budapest. Not only because it's the capital city, but also that's
the place where you can easily find a part time English
speaking job. Here is a link where you will find lists of
universities in Hungary.

And the basic requirements for a Bachelor degree program in
English:

High school diploma/Advance Diploma,

High school transcript of records,

Passing an entrance exam (only for some programs)

Language proficiency certificate (IELTS:5.0-6.0/TOEFL:60-80)

*For the German Courses (C1 level of CEFR or DSH II)

*Many universities do not require any Skype interview or any

math test.

*Some of the courses do not require IELTS/TOEFL. Specifically,

if the students are enrolling in an English Language learning
course or any Hungarian course.

*If any student has previous educational background in English

curriculum they also do not require IELTS/TOEFL.

Step #2
After choosing a university, then comes the admission procedure.

Most of the university admissions can be done through online

applications,

Where you will create your profile and upload all the academic and
language proficiency documents.

When you will submit all the documents, afterwards you will receive a
positive feedback or conditional offer letter from the university then
you need to pay the application fee.

Every university or courses have different amount of the application

fee.

*For some universities you need to pay the application fee before the
conditional offer letter.

After paying the application fee, you will receive the final confirmation
offer letter.

Once you get the final confirmation letter, then the admission office
will request you to pay the tuition and other fees.

*Most of the universities in Hungary you have to pay first year (two
semesters)

*Some universities such as Corvinus University, you can pay only half
year tuition fee at the time of your admission.

Tips:

When I got my final confirmation letter, I had an

option that I can say yes or no about the Visa
assistance from the university.

After realizing about the benefits of taking the

Visa assistance from the university.

I accepted that offer as the Immigration

Specialist was very helpful with providing
all the supporting documents from their side,
which helped me a lot in getting the visa easily.

Step #3
This is the most important part for all the
students to get the Visa done.

For Hungarian student visa the documents you

will need:

2. Proof of having paid the tuition fee,
3. Passport valid at least 6 months,

Visa Interview:

As you know Embassy face/Visa interview we all

consider as one of the key part for getting the visa
done.

Yes, it is true, but not always for every individual. You

can get nervous or freaked out all of a sudden if you
face any situation that you have never had
before.

It is okay to be nervous, but remember do not pretend

you are faking anything.

Being honest and confident is the most important key.

If you've already made up some fake documents and
you are facing the ambassador,

At that point do not think about any negativity. Even if

you have no choice but submitting any fake document,
please practice hundred times before you go for the
interview 'how to present a lie in a perfect way'

About Questions/Answers:

Mostly at the very beginning after taking your picture and the
fingerprints, they check your passports and documents from
your university.

First couple of questions maybe regarding your personal

information.

If you have any travel history, they might ask for that.
Secondly, they started asking questions like

why Hungary ?

when you have decided to study in Hungary?

how come no other neighboring developed countries?

which is the city of your University campus ?

why this university or this course?

Sometime they might ask about some geographical questions

about Hungary, About Schengen or European Union.

Every visa interview is different than each other.

It's all up to you how you present yourself and how you can
make a good conversation.

University Admission:
I did not receive any scholarship at the first semester. So I had
to pay one year(two semesters) full tuition fee.

When I was applying for Budapest Metropolitan University in

Business Administration and Management course.

I had to take an online math test and skype interview for

getting the offer letter.

During my skype interview I was told if I take an entrance

exam for some specific courses which I had finished at my
previous university in Bangladesh, they will waive some
charges.

Which they actually did after finishing my first semester.

Visa Interview:

After the having some random discussion like how did i travel
from Chittagong to Delhi, how am i enjoying Delhi? then
the first question I had it was 'why suddenly I changed my
mind to study in Business management? as my previous
background was in science'

My answer was pretty simple as I had submitted my father's

business documentation so I just explained her that I would
like to take over my family business.

So my parents, they want their son should have international

educational experience before taking over the business and I
really want to make them proud of me.

After this answer, my conversation with the ambassador went

very well.

We even talked about some traditional foods in Hungary. And

also she told me as a language Hungarian is very hard.

She(ambassador) advised me I should learn at least a few

words before flying to Budapest as I will need that in my daily
life.
I wish you all the best for the upcoming journey in
your life. Hope you will successfully go through all
the obstacles and see you soon in any Danubian
cities.
